Yes, we have a variety of residential, commercial and post-construction references that we can provide upon request. We have customers that have worked with us for years and are happy to speak about the quality and consistency of our work.

We provide cleaning tools and machines. Most clients have specific preferences for the cleaning products used; therefore, we ask the client to provide the cleaning products they want us to use.

Our first meeting, the assessment, is all about understanding your cleaning needs. It’s an on-site consultation where we meet with you to make sure we understand your expectations and answer any questions you may have. With your help, we then assess the premises to determine the scope of services needed and required by you. Then put together a cleaning quote, sometimes with multiple options, and email it to you for your consideration.

Before beginning service, a member of our management team would coordinate with you regarding keys, codes, alarms and other necessary security protocols. When we begin the cleaning service, at least one of our managers is on site with the crew to ensure a smooth job start. All OCM crews receive ongoing training to make sure the highest cleaning standards are consistently being met. In addition, we also conduct periodic quality inspections, where we use our trained eyes to make sure the details are being taken care of.

Our prices vary depending on the size and condition of your premises and the types of services we are providing. Our fees are on a per-job basis, not hourly or area based.
